The five checks
We look at each casino only through the lens of this one game. A casino can be excellent for slots and still sit low here if Chicken Road is hard to find.
- Chicken Road in the lobby. We open the casino from a Canadian IP address and search the lobby. We record the game page address and whether Chicken Road 2.0 is there too. No game — no listing.
- Bets in Canadian dollars. Can a Canadian account hold CAD, and what are the minimum and maximum bets the casino shows for the game?
- Minimum deposit. The smallest deposit the cashier accepts for a Canadian account, by method.
- Payment methods. Whether Interac e-Transfer, cards, e-wallets or crypto appear in the cashier for Canada. We name the method as the cashier shows it.
- Withdrawal time. The processing time the casino publishes in its terms or cashier. When we have made a withdrawal ourselves, we say so and give the date.
How the order is set
Each check gets a score from 0 to 10. The scale is relative: the best result we found among casinos open to Canadians gets 10, and the others are measured against it. A casino that doesn’t carry Chicken Road isn’t scored at all.
The order on the casinos page follows the total, with one rule on top: a casino whose own footer names no licence is listed after every casino that does, whatever its score. A check we couldn’t complete — for example a cashier that only shows after sign-up — scores 0 and is marked “not confirmed” in the table.
Commission doesn’t enter the formula: a casino that pays us more doesn’t move up.
What we leave out on purpose
- Bonus size. We show the bonus with its terms, but a bigger number doesn’t earn points — wagering rules matter more than the headline.
- Player reviews and star ratings. We don’t collect or publish them, and we don’t invent them.
- Ontario. Casinos registered with iGaming Ontario can’t have their bonuses advertised publicly, and the casinos we list for real money don’t accept Ontario players. The legal page explains the rules by province.
When things change
Each page shows the date of its last check. If a casino removes the game, closes a province or changes its cashier, we update the page and move the date.
